1. Enrollment

•Participation in the GujjuTours Affiliate Program is subject to approval.

•GujjuTours reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

•Affiliates must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

•As an affiliate, you agree to: Promote GujjuTours in a professional and ethical manner.

•Use only approved marketing materials, logos, banners, and links provided by GujjuTours.

•Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

•Avoid making false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about GujjuTours or its services.

3. Commission

•Affiliates earn commissions only on eligible bookings made through their unique affiliate link or approved tracking method.

•Commission rates may vary depending on the product, destination, promotional campaign, or agreement.

•Commissions are calculated on the net booking value after discounts, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and applicable service charges.

4. Tracking & Attribution

•Bookings are tracked using affiliate links, cookies, or other approved tracking technologies.

•GujjuTours is not responsible for commissions that cannot be tracked due to browser settings, ad blockers, cookie deletion, or incorrect affiliate links.

5. Payment

•Affiliate commissions are paid after the customer's travel is completed and the booking is fully confirmed.

•Payments are processed according to the agreed payment schedule and minimum payout threshold.

•Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information where applicable.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

•No commission will be paid on cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or unpaid bookings.

•If a commission has already been paid for a booking that is later cancelled or refunded, GujjuTours reserves the right to deduct the amount from future affiliate payments.

7. Prohibited Activities

•Affiliates must not: Bid on GujjuTours branded keywords in paid advertising without written permission.

•Impersonate GujjuTours or represent themselves as an official employee or representative.

•Use spam emails, misleading advertisements, fake reviews, or deceptive marketing practices.

•Register domain names or social media accounts that may cause confusion with the GujjuTours brand.

•Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities to generate commissions.

8. Intellectual Property

•All trademarks, logos, brand names, website content, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of GujjuTours. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved promotional materials solely for participating in the Affiliate Program.

9. Termination

•GujjuTours may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time if: These Terms & Conditions are violated.

•Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

•Marketing practices damage the reputation of GujjuTours.

•The affiliate remains inactive for an extended period.

•Upon termination, unpaid commissions related to fraudulent or invalid transactions may be forfeited.

10. Modification of the Program

•GujjuTours reserves the right to modify the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, payment schedules, eligibility criteria, and these Terms & Conditions, at any time. Updated terms will be published on the website and become effective upon publication.

11. Limitation of Liability

•GujjuTours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.

12. Governing Law

•These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
